The measure previously passed 7-6, with two Republicans voting against it.Democrats on the panel say they are surprised by the maneuver, adding it could be reflective of the bill's problems. Recent Articles by Associated PressBill would ditch barriers for minors at small wineriesMany public universities now using private planesComments powered by DisqusThis Week's PaperCondos make comeback amid apartment boomTax increase for transit looks poised for passageBrackets For Good expands across nation after raising nearly $3M for charitiesMost ReadCommentsMost EmailedPortillo's confirms plans for Fishers restaurantMusic venue The Warehouse in Carmel abruptly closesRestaurant owners charged with underreporting $1.
