LITTLE ROCK, Ark. -- Arkansas was in the national spotlight this week after the Huffington Post published an article highlighting the ACLU's interpretation of a recently approved abortion bill.  The ACLU alleges the bill would force women getting an abortion to get the permission of the male involved in procreation -- even if that male is the female's rapist. The bill was argued Friday in court.Bill sponsor St. Rep. Kim Hammer (R) and St. Rep. Vivian Flowers (D) join the program to hash out how the bill was sold and what it actually means.Plus, Little Rock Mayor Mark Stodola has his first challenger in the 2018 campaign from State Representative Warwick Sabin.  Stodola joins the program to talk about his first challenger in recent years and the ongoing effort to turnaround Little Rock's crime problem.
