Hern, particularly talks about the toll it has taken on his personal life, including the constant fear of being killed.Sella addresses the procedure itself, saying that she is troubled because late-term abortion, which takes place during the third trimester of a pregnancy,  essentially requires the stillbirth of a premature infant, which she sees as babies. For Robinson, the dilemma is in agreeing to do the procedure. Some states require that women come up with a story as to why they need a late-term abortion that will convince doctors, including one not associated with the clinic, that the procedure needs to be done.
